Section 1) Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or material may occur due to photographic or screen display differences. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Pre-Order Products: Some products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production timelines may vary and are subject to change. MIREA YANA will notify you of any significant delays.


Section 2) Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. MIREA YANA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies in product information, or issues with payment authorization.


Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal]. All payments are processed securely through ShopPay payment processor.


Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.


Order Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may change. To ensure a smooth experience, MIREA YANA offers a limited cancellation window.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only permitted within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, all orders are final as preparation or shipping may have begun.
  • How to Request a Cancellation: Email us at contact@mireayana.com with your order number and request for cancellation within 30 minutes of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Orders for pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins.



Section 3) Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays: MIREA YANA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or natural events. We will do our best to keep you updated in the event of any significant delay.

All content on the MIREA YANA website, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, brand elements, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of MIREA YANA unless otherwise stated.
